Staff members carry discreet call buttons in case they need more staff support when providing resident care. In situations of physical threat by residents, visitors or intruders, HomeFree Assist advanced alarms notify the local monitoring station and other staff pagers simultaneously of the emergency, indicating the name and location of the staff member in need of help.
